Open an account at the registrar and have the domain pushed in. The seller can often do that as long as it is at the same registrar.

Since humans tend not to remember numbers well, domains are the logical choice for addresses. The best domain names are and will be a status symbol just like the million dollar license plate auctions in some countries.
